At Perfume Gallery, we stand behind every product we sell with the same commitment we've shown our customers since 2005. As a family-owned business, your satisfaction is our priority.

AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY GUARANTEE

Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced exclusively from authorized distributors, and arrives factory-sealed in brand-new condition. If you receive a product that doesn't meet these standards, please contact us immediately at info@perfumeg.com.

60-DAY REFUND WINDOW

We offer refunds within 60 days of receipt of your purchase. We'll refund the product price minus shipping and handling charges.

REFUND CONDITIONS

For any refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be clean (no scratches, cracks, dirt marks, etc.)
2. The item must be unused
3. The item must be in its original packaging with factory seal intact
4. Contact us at info@perfumeg.com before returning to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - returns without RMA numbers will not be accepted
5. All returns must include tracking or delivery confirmation to our shipping address
6. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable
7. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns

PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return (we promise to be way faster than that!).
